 3            MR. CHAPMAN:  Good morning, Your Honor.  

 4  Robert Chapman on behalf of ADR Systems.  

 5            THE COURT:  Good morning.

 6            MR. SPANEL:  Good morning, Judge.  Michael 

 7  Spanel for the Baudin Law Group defendants.

 8            MR. TALARICO:  Good morning, Your Honor.  

 9  Alphonse Talarico for Mr. Baudin.

10            THE COURT:  Good morning.  Up for 

11  presentment, Mr. Chapman, your 137 petition, correct?

12            MR. CHAPMAN:  Yes, Your Honor.

13            THE COURT:  Mr. Spanel, I'm not aware of 

14  anything that's up today involving your client.  

15            MR. SPANEL:  That's correct.  We're just 

16  monitoring the outcome to see what happens.  

17            THE COURT:  That's fine.  Mr. Talarico, 

18  you're obviously aware of the filing.  Are you looking 

19  for an opportunity to respond in writing?  

20            MR. TALARICO:  Yes, Your Honor. 

21            THE COURT:  Do you need more than 21 days?

22            MR. TALARICO:  I would like 28 if I could 

23  have it, just because of my schedule.  

24            THE COURT:  28, okay.  That gives you until

 1  February 8th to file response for opposition.          

 2                 Mr. Chapman, do you want time for a 

 3  reply? 

 4            MR. CHAPMAN:  Yes, Your Honor.  If I could 

 5  have 14 days.  

 6            THE COURT:  Fine.  February 22nd then for the 

 7  reply.  Courtesy copies to me by the following Monday, 

 8  which is February 26th.  Mr. Chapman, I ask for one set 

 9  of electronic copies and one set of hard copies, 

10  please.  We'll find a hearing date.  I'll be looking in 

11  March.

13            THE COURT:  Thursday, March 7th at 10:30.  

14  Does that work for you both?

15            MR. CHAPMAN:  Yes.

21  not write down the first date for Mr. Talarico's 

22  response.

24  ends up being.  It looks like the 8th of February.
