wav file analysis using audacity 4:36 to 5:20 Asking if anyone else is in the room or if they are communicating with anyone else 14:15 Exhibit 1 can be seen 15:33 Exhibit 2 16:00 "I'm going off an email document...that's what I'm looking at." can be seen 17:18 Exhibit 3 22:50 to 36:30 Flynn gets kicked off internet 23:15 I can hear you I just can't see you 25:11 Flynn: His phone and my computer got disconnected at the same time so i think it's the wifi 25:19 Williams: The only thing I've got upon my screen is Hans' audio 27:03 Hans: Does this only work on wifi? Flynn: Well yours is your phone line 36:21 Williams: "We're on video and audio separately but I think we're just going to go with it." 41:58 Exhibit 4 42:32 Mast internet went down, can't see document. Can see hard copy 43:39 Do you recall making $7,500 demand? Answer: No 45:24 Exhibit 5 46:12 "There are several pages. Do you mean just the first page?" "There should be only one page" He eventually recognizes the document 49:53 Yeah, our internet is down, that's why I can't... 50:00 Flynn claims to have hard copys of most things except for larger files 50.27 until at least 53:59 Williams is trying to share a single exhibit (was exhibit 6) then 53:55 Flynn claims "I got your email. It's on my phone" Exhibit 6 54:00 Mast internet goes down 55:30 Mast can finally see the exhibit 55:55 court reporter asks "are we back on the record? 58:02 Exhibit 7 can see 59:43 Exhibit 8 can see 1:06:15 Exhibit 9 can see 1:17:45 Exhibit 10 can see 1:20:03 Exhibit 11 can see 1:22:44 Exhibit 12 1:28:45 Exhibit 13 can see 1:32:46 Exhibit 14 can see 1:53:45 Exhibit 15 1:56:50 Mast on Gagnon's liability Mysteries around 22:50 to 36:30 Flynn's voice never breaks up once audio and video stream totether through the internet. Is it possible for the video to break many times while the audio never breaks up once? Can a person be dropped from a zoom call in a way that their audio connection never breaks once? Our video is down Our audio is down Our internet is down Possible solutions: the source of the wav file was not zoom but an independent telephone connection between Flynn and the court reporter. If the source of the wav file was the zoom connection of the court reporter then it is physically impossible for the audio of Flynn and Mast to not break up when their internet goes down. unless they are somehow talking about a different internet connection. If there were more than one internet pathway coming to Mast and to Flynn, then one internet pathway can carry audio unbroken while the internet goes down through the other pathway. PC - wifi or land line. A PC wifi has only one internet pathway. A PC land line has only one internet pathway. Flynn had a separate internet pathway through smartphone. Technical questions: Was Mast and Flynn using the same wifi? If so they have access to only 2 internet pathways: wifi and smartphone What about Flynn office land line? This could be an independent audio source. What about Mast smartphone for independent audio source? Is it possible for Mast to lose wifi internet connection and not Flynn? Answers: The office wifi connection is the only possible internet pathway outside of Flynn's smartphone It is impossible for the office wifi to fail while the zoom audio stream is never broken?? Conclusion: It is impossible that Flynn and Mast lost internet connection like they claimed because Flynn's voice connection and Mast's voice connection were never disrupted once in the entire wav file. (Unless there was an independent audio source.) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 2-F) THE EXAMPLE OF THE HANS MAST DEPOSITION amended motion to strike Mast deposition - nov On November 23, 2022 PLAINTIFF’S 2ND AMENDED MOTION TO EXCLUDE THE DEPOSITION OF DEFENDANT HANS MAST TAKEN IN VIOLATION OF SUPREME COURT RULE 206 h(2) REMOTE ELECTRONIC MEANS DEPOSITIONS and ORDERS OF THE ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT In re: ILLINOIS COURTS RESPONSE to COVID-19 EMERGENCY/IMPACT ON DISCOVERY M.R.30370 CORRECTED ORDER APRIL 29, 2020 and M.R.30370 AMENDED ORDER JUNE 4, 2020 and to GRANT LEAVE TO TAKE THE DISCOVERY DEPOSITION OF DEFENDANT HANS MAST On dec 3?
